How We Check Each Supplier
We do not pass along a supplier because it looks good online. Before your company approves a reservation, we check the details that matter for that service and your group.
Current quote, availability, final price including applicable VAT, payment terms, and cancellation terms
Capacity and group fit, including room layouts, meeting spaces, AV, and Wi-Fi where relevant
Relevant licences and insurance for activities and transfers, where applicable
Dietary, accessibility, and language requirements for your group
A named operational contact, a workable schedule, and realistic transfer timings
Backup and escalation arrangements for the parts of the programme that need them
Checks are proportionate to the supplier and service, and the key details are reconfirmed before your company approves each booking.
Who's Behind This
We're a small team of locals and long-time Portugal insiders, from Lisbon to the southern coast. Between us we've run conferences, tours, corporate events, and a co-working space in nature, in four or five languages. We bring that operational know-how, and a real love of Portugal's hidden corners, to every retreat.
